What To Eat This Week
Monday is for soup! Make my new lemon ginger couscous chicken soup. It’s so nourishing and comforting.
Taco tuesday = my easy ground beef tacos. Keep it simple!
Caramelized onion, brussels and pistachio pizza is up next. Majorly crave worthy!
If you don’t want to cook a Thanksgiving meal, make this rosé coq au vin instead. OMG, it is outstanding.
If you do have turkey, make some leftover roasted turkey ramen! You can also use rotisserie chicken.
My honeycrisp kale quinoa salad is perfect for a satisfying but light dish.
Chicken salad stuffed avocados for lunch!
And ’tis the season for cranberry sauce overnight oats. YUM.
