What to Eat This Week
Kick things off this week with my butternut squash parmesan frittata! Breakfast for dinner is the best. Add in some toasted sourdough and you’re good to go.
Next up, sheet pan shrimp fajitas for taco Tuesday! Woohoo.
My sesame beef bowls are ridiculously easy and SO good. The leftovers are the best too.
Honey mustard chicken salad, coming in hot! We adore this recipe. The dressing is down right drinkable.
Try the new ricotta skillet pasta I shared this week. Any roasted vegetables can be tossed in – it can be a clean-out-the-fridge meal.
Finally, halloumi hummus bowls for an easy end of week meal.
For breakfast, make my pumpkin protein pancakes! You can make them ahead for the week too.
And lunches – smashed chickpea salad. Works on toast, in wraps, in lettuce cups or on salad. Or with crackers.
