Bristol law firm Royds Withy King has changed its name following the completion of a merger with London-based legal practice Goodman Derrick. The company has rebranded to RWK Goodman.
The merged firm, which comprises over 350 specialist lawyers across its’s business, personal and injury practices, will continue to trade from current offices across the South West, Thames Valley and from Carter Lane in London.
Graham Street, Royds Withy King’s managing partner, said: “The completion of this merger is a significant step forward for both firms.
“It strengthens our position as a Top 100 UK practice, enhancing and extending the breadth and depth of expertise and specialist services available to clients, as well as providing significant opportunities for further growth and development for our people.”
Mr Street will continue as the firm’s managing partner, with Goodman Derrick’s senior partner Edward Hoare and chief operating officer Mark Jones joining the firm’s executive committee.
